Equipment Specifications

• 42x42 Spring Floor

• Carpet foam area is available for stretching.

• 30-minute warm-up sessions will be scheduled as per rules and policies.

• 3–5-minute touch will be given at the beginning of all rotations.

  • LATE REGISTRATION FEE: Late fees will be charged as of March 17, 2025, per athlete late registration fee –

  • Acro 1st Event $100,

  • Acro 2nd Event $30,

  • Blocks only $55

  • No Registrations will be accepted after March 21, 2025

• Cancellations need to be submitted via email to the Meet director.

• Refund Request – March 24-28, 50% refund. NO refund will be issued for cancellations after March 28, 2025, or later.

• Tariff Sheets KSIS – Deadline, March 26, 2025.

• Late TS Penalties as per Dec. 15, 2023, Technical update

1. New TS submitted 10 or more days prior to the start of competition = No Penalty

2. New TS submitted less than 10 days prior to the start of competition = $50 per club.

3. New TS submitted less than 5 days prior to the start of competition = $100 per tariff.

4. Revised TS submitted less than 3 days prior to the start of competition = $100 per tariff.

5. Judges will review TS submitted by March 30, 2025, and the MR will make all attempts to communicate any issues found on the TS to coaches via email. TS revisions must be made and uploaded into KSIS by April 2, 2025. TS not revised and uploaded into KSIS by the deadline will incur penalties as per rules.

• Minor TS change forms can be used after that date, up to 1 hr. prior to the start of the session.

 

Payment

• Registration checks need to be received NO later than March 21, 2025.

• Checks received/post marked after March 22, 2025, will be charged a late payment fee of $50

Medal Awards Ceremonies

 Team awards will be given for each acrobatic level represented at the meet. For level 2-4 the top 3 scores will be added together. For all   other levels, the top 3 scores from 3 different categories from a single team will be added together
